We are currently accepting applications for the 2022 fair.

The following is required to successfully reserve a tent: 


1. Signed contract


2. Payment in full 


3. Copy of your Certificate of Insurance OR

 Application for insurance form(attached) with $65 payment

**Insurance must name the Johnson County 4-H Association and The Johnson County Commissioners, as Certificate holders and as Additional Insured**

Please note: Contracts will NOT be accepted if any of the above is missing. Once all the required information is received you will receive a confirmation email.
