We are accepting applications to be a

Commercial Exhibitor at the 2024 Johnson County Fair.

 

We are looking to grow the exhibitors with locally produced items or Indiana Grown items.  We would like our fair goers to have the opportunity to purchase your items and take them home that day!  We are attempting to consolidate our exhibitors selling cash and carry items inside Herring Hall.

To submit an application, you must submit the following

1. Proof of Insurance - A copy of your Certificate of Insurance

   • Insurance must name Johnson County 4-H Association and The Johnson County Commissioners as Certificate Holders and as Additional Insured​

   • If you do not have General Liability Insurance and are not selling a product, you may apply to purchase insurance from the Johnson County 4_H and Agricultural Fair's insurance carrier, K&K Insurance.  The cost is $70 for a single booth and $34 for each additional booth spaces. Coverage is not guaranteed.  Application for Certificate of Insurance can be downloaded below.

2. Completed Commercial Exhibitor Application with the appropriate fees checked​​

3. ​Tax Exempt Form (if applicable)​

4. 5 Photos of Products/Business/Booth and 1 Photo of Exhibitor Logo

Once application is complete and accepted by the Johnson County Fair, commercial exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance.  At that time payments can be made via electronic invoice or check.

Please Note: Commercial Exhibitor Applications WILL NOT be accepted if any of the above items are missing.  Once application is complete and accepted by the Johnson County Fair, commercial exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance.
