To submit an application, you must submit the following:

Proof of Insurance - A copy of your Certificate of Insurance

Insurance must name Johnson County 4-H Association and The Johnson County Commissioners as Certificate Holders and as Additional Insured

If you do not have General Liability Insurance and are not selling a product, you may apply to purchase insurance from the Johnson County 4_H and Agricultural Fair's insurance carrier, K&K Insurance. The cost is $70 for a single booth and $35 for each additional booth spaces. Coverage is not guaranteed. Application for Certificate of Insurance can be downloaded below.

Completed Commercial Exhibitor Application with the appropriate fees checked

5 Photos of Products/Business/Booth and 1 Photo of Exhibitor Logo
Once application is complete and accepted by the Johnson County Fair, commercial exhibitors will be notified of their acceptance. At that time payments can be made via electronic invoice or check.
