
Building Reservation Booking Instructions
Public Reservations
Use this option for paid reservations and non-profit groups.
Step 1: Select the building you wish to reserve. Buildings may be reserved in 12 hour (Full-Day) or 6 hour (Half-Day) increments. Select your reservation option from the dropdown. Click 'Next'.
Step 2: Select your preferred date from the calendar. If the building is unavailable for your selected date, your selection will say 'No Availability'. *Hint* Dates with availability will have a dot underneath. Once you have selected your available date, select the start time. Buildings are available from 8 AM to 10 PM. If you need additional set up time the day prior, you will need to book that date as well. Click 'Next'.
Step 3: Fill out the required details on the Booking Form and select any additional add-ons you would like. Click 'Add to Cart'. You will be able to add multiple reservations in one booking. Once you have added all of your desired reservations, from your Cart, click 'Checkout'.
Step 4: Review your reservation details. Click 'Edit Cart' if you wish to make changes, or click 'Save & Continue' to proceed to payment for the deposit.
Step 5: Enter payment details (card details and billing address). Click 'Place Order & Pay'
Step 6: Upon completion of payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. All done!
Purdue Extension Reservations
Use this option to book free reservations for Johnson County Extension groups, i.e. Extension Homemakers, 4-H Clubs, ANR groups, HHS groups.
Step 1: Select the building you wish to reserve. Buildings may be reserved in 6 hour (Half-Day) increments. Select your reservation option from the dropdown. Click 'Next'.
Step 2: Select your preferred date from the calendar. If the building is unavailable for your selected date, your selection will say 'No Availability'. *Hint* Dates with availability will have a dot underneath. Once you have selected your available date, select the start time. Buildings are available from 8 AM to 10 PM. If you need additional set up time the day prior, you will need to book that date as well. Click 'Next'.
Step 3: Fill out the required details on the Booking Form and select any additional add-ons you would like. Click 'Add to Cart' if you would like to add additional bookings (You will be able to add multiple reservations in one booking.) Click 'Book Now' to complete your reservation.
Note- to book a building for a full day, please book 2 Half-Day reservations on the same day.
Once you have added all of your desired reservations, from your Cart, click 'Checkout'.
Step 6: Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. All done!
Helpful Hints
*To view, edit, or cancel a reservation*: Navigate to 'My Bookings' from the Johnson County Fair website homepage. From this page, you can see your existing and past reservations. You can edit any existing reservations and you may also click 'Book Again' to rebook any existing or past reservations.
