The Johnson County Fair has been held for over 183 years. Our fair first started in 1838 on the property at Martin Place in Franklin. The current fairgrounds location at 144 and US 31 was purchased by the county in 1888. We have been there ever since - in the heart of Franklin, Indiana.

Nominees for 2021-2022 Fair Board
The Annual meeting of the Johnson County Fair Association will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 7 pm in Scott Hall. Association members will be voting on the following candidates slated for the Fair Board - nominations can also be made from the floor:

Nineveh Township: Brian Young
Union Township: Jeri Thompson
4-H Leader: Kim Roberts
At-Large: Valli Shattuck
